Baten Kaitos - System: Gamecube Namco Character Magnus Cards: ----------------------------- Character Magnus 5: Wonder Momo Keep a Momotaro magnus long enough and it will evolve into Wonder Momo (PC-Engine fans anyone?) Namco Character Magnus 1: Pac-Man Combine the following cards:Cherry+Strawberry+Orange+ Apple+Melon= PAC MAN!!!! Namco Character Magnus 2: Pac Land Pac-Man After enough time, Pac-Man (normal) will turn to his appearance circa Pac Land Namco Character Magnus 3: Pac Mania Pac-Man After enough time, Pac Land Pac-Man will turn to Pac Mania Pac Man. Namco Character Magnus 4: Momotaro (Peach Boy) Keep a Momo (Peach) magnus long enough and it will evolve into Momotaro Aqua people keep jumping: ------------------------- While on the Lesser Celestial River, you will come across aqua people that jump out of the water and attack you. If you use Escape while fighting, the aqua people will just keep jumping in and out of the water. Turn off Battle Window: ----------------------- During battles with enemies, you will notice that annoying window that pops up after each attack, by you or the enemy. This can pull you out of the experience a lot. To turn this off, press Y to open the menu (when not in battle), go down to "System" and the second BTL selection. Choose "Popup" to make it so only the damage numbers will appear above the enemies heads, like Final Fantasy. Defeating Giacamo: ------------------ Soon after defeating the fourth God on Disc 1 you will have to fight three opponents; Giacamo and his goons/ He will talk about how he will give ypu a second chance to fight him. Accept his offer. Make sure your characters are level 26 or higher. Giacamo is level 35 and his other men are level 29 and level 31. Easy money: ----------- Always have a camera. Take pictures of weak monsters to get around 2,000 or less. When battling medium opponents, take a picture to get about 3,500 or less. When taking picture of any god, you can get about 5,500 or more. Note: Wait about ten minutes before selling pictures of monsters so that the picture can clear. Also, if the picture is good enough you might get more money.
