You Only Live Once mode:

Successfully complete campaign mode on the hard difficulty setting to 
unlock the You Only Live Once difficulty setting. 

Unlocking bonuses faster:

Instead of starting campaign mode on the easy difficulty setting, do it
on normal. You will unlock more things and will save a lot of time. If 
you think you are skilled enough, start on the hard difficulty setting 
to save even more time and unlock more bonuses.

Successfully complete the indicated Virtual Training mission to unlock
the corresponding bonus(es):

Virtual Training mission 1: Funhouse multi-player level and Hack ability
