Sasuke - Forest of Death Exam (15 points): Complete the Forest of Death exam as Sasuke.

Famous Ninja (100 points): Make 75 % of the villagers happy. 
Ninja Rocket (20 points): Complete all race minigame levels. 
Sexy Girl (20 points): Stun all lovelorn villagers with the Sexy Jutsu. 
The Way to Fame (50 points): Make 50% of the villagers happy. 
Ace Student (25 points): Defeat Kakashi. 
Bodyguard (20 points): Defeat Zabuza. 
Land of Waves Hero (25 points): Defeat Haku. 
Chunin Candidate (30 points): Defeat Kiba. 
Dodging Fate (50 points): Defeat Neji. 
Friends in Need (100 points): Defeat Gaara. 
Collector (100 points): Find all in-game collectibles. 
A Ninja in the Leaves (10 points): Complete one tree action sequence without falling 
on the ground. 

Additionally there are three secret achievements.

The Untouchable Ninja (20 points): Win a battle without losing any health. 
The Way of the Branch (20 points): Complete five tree action sequences. 
The Acrobat (10 points): Reach the Hokage building's roof. 

There are also five achievements that require the bonus downloadable content.

Shikamaru - Forest of Death exam (15 points): Complete the Forest of Death exam as Shikamaru. 
Jiraiya - Forest of Death Exam (15 points): Complete the Forest of Death exam as Jiraiya. 
Sarutobi - Forest of Death Exam (15 points): Complete the Forest of Death exam as Sarutobi. 
Choji - Forest of Death Exam (15 points): Complete the Forest of Death exam as Choji. 
Temari - Forest of Death Exam (15 points): Complete the Forest of Death exam as Temari.
