WINDOWED - Run Game in a Window

IP/Inland truck:

Complete season one in any mode under the extreme difficulty 
setting with a championship truck. 

The Incredible Hulk:

Win season three in cash grab mode under the hard difficulty 
setting with a championship truck. 

Jumping:

Hold [Up], release, then press [Down]. 

Regain health:

In some levels, when you drive around and break items your 
health meter will slowly

Championship truck - Win a season (any difficulty)
1983 Grave Digger  - Win season one in any mode (normal difficulty)

Bull Dog           - Complete season two in cash grab mode with a championship
