you'll need to be aggressive by spending lots of money 
to move into a new area. 

You'll go broke trying to improve all your components 
at once and building a machine with all the best 
components. Focus on one component at a time to pull 
ahead of the competition. 

A loan should be a last resort. Don't put yourself at 
the mercy of an interest rate if you can afford to wait 
before spending money. 

Don't be too ambitious with your hiring early on. 
Start with bottom of the line employees in all but a few 
areas and then replace them with more skilled people as 
you can afford to spend more money on salaries
